The Berkeley City Council recently approved Hopkins Street bike lanes after years of debate. The plan, which includes paving and pedestrian improvements, is estimated to cost about $20 million.
With Hopkins Street scheduled to be repaved in 2027-28, we are asking Scanner readers if they support the plan to add protected bike lanes on Hopkins.
